Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and shipped back in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at clayt@claytlennoxart.com with your order number and reason for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: We may only be able to offer partial refunds for items not returned in original condition, or returned beyond 30 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary by payment provider.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us at clayt@claytlennoxart.com and send returns to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the return value. If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

If you’re returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
